- Free Shipping on orders over $100
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Each order comes with a provided tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Β All claims must be made with shipping carrier, USPS or UPS. If your tracking information states that your item(s) has been delivered and it has not.. You can look into opening a claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877

Return Policy

Suad gladly accepts exchanges of any unworn, unused, unwashed or defective merchandise within 7 days of delivery date. At this time we are unable to process returns. Exchanges are the only method of return available. Items cannot be returned for a dollar amount. And items of a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are final sale.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
